God loves you and wants you to have everything you need.  He even promised to take care of you forever. God always speaks the best about us and keeps His Word.  He expects us to speak the best about others and keep our word too. 

King David asked God in Psalm 15:1, “Who is going to live in Your house? Who is going to live forever in Your holy hill?” God answered King David in Psalm 15:2-5 “…He that does not backbite with his tongue, nor does evil to his neighbor…he who swears to his own hurt and changes not.” God told David that the person who doesn’t talk about others, is not mean to others and who keeps his promises is the person who will live with God.  Do you want to live with God?  Well then after you receive Jesus as your Lord & Savior, you must speak nice things about others and show people God’s love.  You must also keep the promises you make to others, even if it you don’t feel like it later or the chance to do something more fun comes along. 
So, starting today and everyday, practice saying nice things about people, be nice to someone on purpose and keep your promises. 

My confession: ‘I am a person of my word.  I only say nice things about others and I do not talk about people behind their backs.  God values His words and I do to.  So I will do what His Word says and He will take care of me forever!’
